How to become a Christian

Know Who Jesus Christ is! He is Holy God! The Second Person of the Trinity! The Lord of Glory!
- "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30)
- "He that has seen Me has seen the Father" (John 14:9)
Know and admit that you are a sinner! (I am too!)
- "There is none righteous - no not one! (Romans 3:10)
- "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! (Romans 3:23)
Know the penalty for sin! It is death and hell!
- "For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)
- "But the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and sexually immoral and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death" (Revelation 21:8)
Know what Jesus Christ accomplished for you! He died on the cross for your sins! He rose victorious over the grave!
- "While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8)
- "He became sin for us" (2 Corinthians 5:21)
Accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior!
- Jesus: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father except by Me!" (John 14:6)
- Jesus: "Ye must be born again" (John 3:7)
- "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved" (Acts 16:31)
- "whoever calls on Him has eternal life" (Romans 10:13)
Receive the absolutely free gift of eternal life!
- "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9)
- "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life" (I John 5:12)
- "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him" (John 3:36)
